A Financial Institution is in need of a suitable candidate to assist in the origination, structuring and execution of Project & Structured Finance transactions as well as manage client relationships.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Execute P&SF transactions.
  • Effective client relationship management through Financial Close
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate governance responsibilities as well as risk thresholds
  • Maintain adequate communication of performance and activities to relevant stakeholders
  • Proactively identify opportunities for more comprehensive marketing and cross-selling opportunities that would be beneficial to the Group through extensive collaboration with relevant stakeholders within the Group

Knowledge/ Skills/ Experience/ Education:

  • A minimum of first degree or its equivalent in any discipline (additional qualification or degree in any business-related discipline would be an advantage
  • A minimum of five (5) years post qualification experience, out of which, at least, three (3) must have been in the relevant areas of the job role
  • Strong Financial Analysis skills
  • Strong Valuation skills & Financial Modelling skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Business Acumen
  • Entrepreneurial flair
